Super fast shipping. Haven't had a chance to install the wiring harness yet. That being said it is an oem Mack part still in factory packaging. Super great customer service.
Great customer service - which is very rare for parts stores! They called to confirm fitting prior to shipping, it arrived on time and they even followed up after to ensure it all worked out. Highly r... Mehr ansehen

We received a motor that was beat up by the time we received it. Spoke to Tony and was able to have a replacement motor sent to us. We had to return the damaged motor and Tony sent a shipping label that also covered the return of the motor. The replacement motor came and only the end of one bracket was slightly bent. So, we were able to get it bent down.

Our diesel fuel injector pump was competitively priced, arrived a day early and was installed without any issues. Upon ignition, the vehicle purred like a kitten and immediately passed all actuation tests. Thank you!

Turbo offered is a core
Turbo offered is a core, not a new oem turbo as mentioned, response time is average since its email only and 1 to 2 days to respond each time you reply back.
on truck down situations or parts for a waiting customer this would not be good enough wich was our case

Antwort von Advanced Truck Parts
Thank you for the clarification, and we sincerely apologize for the experience you described.
We understand how critical it is to receive the correct turbocharger — especially in a truck-down situation. If the turbo was listed or understood to be a new OEM unit but was actually a core, we completely understand how frustrating and costly that can be for your operation. Accuracy in listing OEM, remanufactured, or core diesel truck parts is extremely important, and we take that seriously.
We also recognize that email-only communication with 1–2 day response times is not ideal when time is critical. When it comes to heavy-duty truck parts and turbochargers, delays can directly impact your customers and your business. That is not the level of urgency we aim to provide.
We would truly appreciate the opportunity to review this order and see if there’s anything we can do to make this right. Please contact us directly with your order information so we can investigate the listing details and communication timeline.
Your feedback is valuable and helps us improve how we serve customers who rely on fast, accurate semi-truck and commercial diesel parts. We hope to have the chance to restore your confidence in Advanced Truck Parts.
