Part was way over priced
Part was way over priced. Others had same part half the price. I bought here because of timing. I didn't receive quickly. Once installed, the certified installers are having issues with it. It will not take a program or tune etc... my truck is still in the shop, the team has engineers involved trying to work out the issue as to why this part cannot seem to be programmed. It is the exact replacement and correct part number. Perfect fit. But..... we will see. I may end up with an $80k yard ornament because of it.

Do not use them
They do not respond on emails, and my constant try to contact them. They shippend part, had problem with a delivery by carrier. Part went back to them, emailed them and said part is going back to them, we had ti buy new one in parts store due to delay, and asked for refund. They shiped it again with no word. Now they still dont respond on our requests to send it back for a refund. Their 'sales' email is not even in service, but they have it on sticker that is on box.

Customer service was excellent, they helped to make sure I got the right part ordered for my truck.
Not happy with the delivery i ordered on Wednesday morning it said if you order within three hours it would be delivered the next day, I paid extra on the shipping to ensure it would be here the next morning, Thursday.
My part did not arrive till Friday.
