Recently had a Kinetico water softener fitted by Advanced water softeners and we are delighted with it. No more limescale build up on taps/appliances and noticeable reduction in use of cleaning products. Excellent service from Initial consultation through to fitting and aftercare. Mark even cut our cupboard shelf to fit the Premier compact water softener at no extra cost. Would highly recommend this product and company

From initial online enquiry to Kinetico through to being contacted by Advanced Water Softeners, provision of quote, agreement and ultimate fitting, not a single problem was encountered. Went like clockwork and installation by AWS carried out quickly, professionally and mess-free. Altogether a very pleasant experience - and now we have the luxury of lovely softened water! I would recommend AWS without hesitation.

We received excellent service from Advanced Water Softeners, they came and fitted a new Water Softener as the old one which was 12 years old had failed and I couldn’t praise them enough as going back to hard water again was a nightmare!
