What a joke avoid like the plague
I purchased some whitening strips they did not arrive when I queried this they sent some kind of tracking No which said it had arrived but no proof of delivery or address. When questioned I was told to order and pay for another lot of strips and then they would refund me. Then I was told a refund query would be raised which you will not be surprised was rejected. So they are back to asking me to purchase more. Who do they think I am some silly person with no brain. Why would I make such a fuss for a £28 refund if I had received the strips.
Do not buy from them you have been warned wish I had taken more notice of the reviews before I ordered.

Took 6 weeks from date of order to arrive. There were NO crest whitening strips in the small plastic parcel. Just a couple of pieces of plastic. Pure Scam.

Order placed on 5th of September, never arrived ( its end of October now !!! )
Despite reaching out to customers service several times , no reply from them, no refund , no single message , nothing.
Bunch of thieves.

Strips took 3 weeks to arrive. When they did they were not in any outside package but were in a small plastic bag, like they had been taken from a larger consignment. So, no instructions for use, had to go to the Crest US website to find out. They did not come from the US but from China via the Netherlands. I cannot find the same website now for the company, no contact details on the email either, so I suppose I'm lucky to have received the order.

Would Leave 0 if I could. Xanthe if that is even their real name is a a liability to the company and should not work in customer service. No proof of delivery was given to me after spending over £60 on products. They claimed it had been delivered. Which it had not and then once I questioned this told me to go round to all possible drop off points in my whole town. Unable to just give me an address of so called ‘drop off point’ that do not exist they simply lied. NEVER buy from this company. Refused me a refund multiple times.

PLEASE! Do not try to buy from this site, this site is a BIG scam. This site should be investigated and remove from the internet. Kindly don’t buy anything from them.

If it had a 0 would be this paid full price in Feb, still never saw any item now after nearly 2 months saying I've lost dispute can only receive partial refund. Surely this company should be brought down for this it's pathetic. I wanted proof of delivery they can't supply me this even though I paid for this. Stations away DO NOT USE

I bought a kit in Balloch, on Food festival , I paid 60 pounds. I need help, they never answered email, never answered message on their website, and never answered my WhatsApp message. No phone number, zero communication. Just avoid them! The light after 10 days does not want to work. Shame. Wasted money

Despite other reviews I took the chance and ordered via PayPal. Item came fairly quickly considering they come directly from China. No issues at all, I was able to track the parcel via the link I was sent by email. My husband has been using the strips and could see a visible difference after one use. I have now purchased some for myself. Just to note the strips come in an envelope (no box) as it would maybe seem from the photos on the website. This wasn’t an issue for me but something to consider if you buy them as a gift or something.

Never received my order. Tried making me pay for another one.

Item was not delivered it was returned back to sender, emailed to tell them this they didn’t even check the tracking properly! Told me it had been delivered but it clearly stated delivered BACK TO SENDER! They’ve had the item back 11 days and still no sign of a refund. Will take this further if no refund processed by Wednesday

After I made the payment I never received a confirmation email. It has now been 12 days and I still have not received my order.

Bought this at the Cheshire Food Show. Got offered a "deal" because it was her last kit. Wish I had saved my £40. The whitening kit is so hard to use. It doesn't stay put even when I hold it in my mouth and I'm dribbling all over. How am I supposed to do this twice per day for 2 weeks?! What a scam

Exactly word for word as No's review. It's a scam. I've been fighting to get my money back since November. There is only one email address, no other way to contact them.

Initially ordered the product and got an email which said they will arrive within 2 weeks as they’re shipped from another country because they can’t sell them here which was odd. They said a order number will be sent in a separate email which I never received so I waited the 2 weeks and never received the product I emailed them throughout asking for my order/tracking number which I never got a reply too. Having waited long enough I spoke to my bank and back charged the money and then received an email from Sam Harney at advanced whitening stating the product had been delivered however they couldn’t provide me with a tracking ID. I would avoid this SCAM at all costs.

Ordered middle of December 23, didn't arrive until 10th January 24. When they arrived they were not in any protective packaging, just a grey cellophane bag. The sachets were all stuck together and when I opened the sachets the adhesive had oozed out and stuck to the side of the sachet, so were completely unusable. these were expensive and a complete waste of money. Don't buy from this website as they come from china and are inferior products in inferior packaging.

I ordered the crest strips from them at £60. The email arrived and seemed odd, when I looked into it the company itself also seemed odd as they have no contact number, a random address, and no information on their business.

When my order got shipped the shipping started in China, I then contacted them and they give me a random house to send my product to in order to return it, which is different than the address on the website and different to the address on the envelope i received. I also ordered the Luxe product which is what it says on the strips yet the box doesnt have the luxe logo as advertised and this seems to be a known issue with fakes.

Fake products, fake business, avoid and save your teeth

Only ordered these yesterday wish I have read the reviews first, so many people saying they have not arrived and no refund, just had a email to say they have recieved my order and taken payment oh well we will see if they turn up.

Ordered before reading the reviews and was worried a little after reading some. I can’t fault the service though, I had an email to say it had been sent and it could take up to 15 days. Even though the tracking link didn’t work, I trusted the process and after just over a week they have arrived. Absolutely no complaints. Based on my experience I would recommend.
