Every time I use the Yulee Florida store it's a nightmare experience. I have been loaning from y'all for 3 years. We use the one on Merrill rd jacksonville florida and used the one the one in Fernandina Beach Florida beach until it closed. The first time I used the one in Yulee the employee didn't even get there until 9:30. She made everyone late to work because we all worked in Fernandina. Every time since she is either having a social hour on her phone or there are issues. Last month she decided to go into my account and and check my income and payment date. 4th Wednesday. Did I want to use my employment which was by weekly. I said no. She did not indicate with her question that she meant it for income amount. So she took it out and then I didn't qualify for what I needed. Fortunately I just happened to have a pay stub in my purse. So she fixed it and again made me late for work. This week a different employee put in the wrong date for repayment and did not review the contract with me on repayment or I would have cought it. Now I have to repay on 9th of August which I can't. Unless I reloan immediately and I can't. Will be out of town and have to pay a second fee. This store is awful. Should have kept Fernandina store. Never once had a problem

The Yulee Branch has the most amazing staff. They know everyone by name which is a huge Aplus.

Hello. My only complaint to waiting online to make a payment is to Not play that Ugly !music while in hold!!!!! Please change it ! I had to wait 30 mins and listen to no words music. Thank you
