I had the experience working with Ms Jennifer. From talking to her on the phone up until going into the office, she was very professional, caring for my needs and very nice. I had an issue before arriving and I mentioned it to her on my way there. Upon arriving and completing my loan she gave me great advice concerning my issue. She even mentioned me to her supervisor the day I applied because when I came in she told her supervisor I was the guy she told her about. But besides that this was the best loan company I have ever dealt with when needing help. I truly recommend advance America for your needs and remember to ask for Jennifer.

The agent was very polite and reassuring when she called me. When I went to the store she was very efficient and had most of my paperwork done when I got there the transaction took less than 10 minutes.

I went into the Talladega Al branch and the young lady Emm was very nice, knowledgeable, and eager to help me. The atmosphere was welcoming .

I went to the Talladega office and was greeted by two of the nicest women I have ever encountered. Emm & Lacetia instantly made me feel at home and the whole process didn’t take long at all! And by the time I left, with money in my hand, I felt as if I were leaving my friends house! They most definitely have a customer for life with me! I am going to recommend them to ALL of my friends.
