How many days from the time that you borrow do you have before pay back? I have less than 7 working days to payback interest is pretty high for a week loan

Well im glad u asked. Although i personally wouldnt allow any stars from ur customer service. I have had 2 loans w ur company and never had any problem. But when i went and applied for another one. I was in ur office from 11am untill 2:15pm. There is a lady the have any problem w she was blonde & pregnant that i never had any problem with. But as for ur manager and she was training some other girll. I do understand that training process this girl was doing somewhat good. But the supervisor/manager/customer service/cashier/receptionist/secretary. Was a bit extreme on her patience. As she never left her seat as i observed the lobby filling up w people. But not just that she was soppose to have knowledge of banks etc. But she had to call another bank to get clearance. Took firever than was getting very rude and never once smiled or even treated anyone like they would want to come back. U really need to check this out.

If had I known that the company will pull my credit to determine how much I can receive, I would have NEVER come to Advance America.

For emergency funds this was great. My son is disabled and needed medical testing done and we could not wait a month until he had his disability check. This service was a life saver. Thank You! Was easy and fast and the folks at the office were great!
