When went to Advance America and I needed the money quickly because I had to send it to a family member. The ladies were so nice and helpful and made the whole process painless. The manager located at East Ave J in Lancaster CA was very rude and unprofessional with me. I needed to pay back a loan and take out another loan so the clerk that was assisting me went to ask the manager about my account. When the clerk returned with the manager the manager stated " you stormed out of here last week so we couldn't help you!" I had no idea of she was talking about? I told her that "I didn't want to argue and that I just wanted to take out a loan." I have used your services previously and have always paid back loans. But I will discontinue using services with unprofessional employees or managers like her...
