Usually I have a very good experience. Usually, I have no complaints or anything bad to say about this store! Well, now I do. Customer service was awful so awful I really didn’t want to go through the loan but I needed it. The young lady Kim who waited on me treated me like I had a deadly disease and was unable to understand that I understood everything she was saying. She didn’t smile she wasn’t very welcoming at all! I like this store and I drive out of my way to continue to use this store but not after this!! Regardless of the reason that I am there no one should ever be treated like that!

From start to finish, process took probably 20 minutes. It was convenient, esp since I could retrieve all necessary documents on my phone. Great job
