Best customer service I've ever received, the day I went into the lexington store the computers were down but still they took all of my info and kept their word to call me as soon as they came up and they did exactly that. I went back and had a quick and easy experience.

The broad river road office is great. The manager Joe is great, friendly and very sweet. The employees he has are also sweet and very friendly. They only one I use when I need some extra money to pay an unexpected bill.

It is always quick and fast getting want I need when I need help. The customer service representative always goes above and beyond. It is never a hassle.

I think the staff should exercise discretion when talking with customers. I do not want the public to know why I’m there and how much I’m borrowing.
