My brother Made a payment over the phone using his debut card as usual and on time like always. this payment wad Made on Augusto 1 but according to your record this payment wad never paid. After he finished living all the information of his debut card the comunicación was interrupted and he never got a reference number as usual. The payment of 555.00 is reflected in his bank transacción. He Even showed to the store manager the payment in his phone of 555.00 Made on Augusto 1 very early in the morning. Wey are guessing that someone somebody took over this money. Wey are expecting a prompt solutions yo this embarrasing situación.
