Friendly workers, they offered water while I went thru process. They were professional. When other customers came in they spoke to each person and offered them water as they waited. The wait was not long, they processed me in quickly and accurately.

Always a help when I’m in a jam and need extra cash

have been using advance america for YEARS, I had thee most horrible service on 11/23/19 at the branch on division street in GR michigan to where I left out of the branch and had to drive to the location on Fuller street and explain what occurred at the other location to a manager . i felt hurt, uncomfortable and not a valued customer at all before I even came into the location on division I called a few days before to verify what information would I need since I haven't been in for a few months and to make sure there wasn't any changes so as a customer I was prepared ... but the Lady made things and communicating to difficult I was done and walked out , I had to drive some distance to another location due to I needed the money to finish addressing my bills this was all bad and I felt there was no need that I had to go all out my way to get some customer service when I stay in Kentwood and def not by the other location which was truly out of the way.

Very quick, in and out. No waiting on paperwork. Employees know the work flow and are very efficient at their job. Even when busy the wait is not long.
