This was the first time I had to borrow money this way and the employee who worked that day was very helpful, patient and understanding. She didn't make me feel embarrassed or uncomfortable or a bother. I appreciated her.

i have used this service and location (fremont,oh) for over a year now.. the ladies there have allways been very nice and understanding with me. I usually dealt with the beach manager Hope who has allways been great..and on friday i was in a small pinch and had to payback and reloan and had to see the newer person there ( sorry i cant remember name).. and was in between my 2 jobs and was in a hurry..she was very quick and friendly.. wonderful staff you have there

Michelle went above and beyond while waiting on us. She actually waited on us to get there as we were running very close to the time of closing. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in every aspect of the process making everything very easy while explaining everything in great detail leaving us know we were taken very good care of. If possible we would rate her ten stars!!! Thank you very much Michelle!!
