The process was seamless
The process was seamless, efficient and fast. Once I was approved the funds were deposited in my account immediately. Heaven was professional and courteous she was great in explaining the process. I was very please with her customer service.

When I walked in the door the atmosphere was calm & relaxed & there were no lines, Thank goodness! I was greeted by Ms. Tameka who assisted me through this process. She was friendly as well as knowledgeable & professional. People are going through hard times & sometimes feel judged for needing extra funds when a crisis arrives. However, I didn’t feel any judgment here & the process went very smoothly. Also, I was approved for three times what I expected. I would definitely recommend Advance America if you’re needing extra funds as Ms. Tameka made my experience a very positive one for which I am grateful. Thanks again!!!

Very nice and courteous service. Very quick too. This is great in time of need. Love that my payment will be automatically drafted from my checking account, that way I don't have to worry about forgetting to make my payment.

My helper was Alexis what a coincidence that we have the same name, however she is very awesome and got me in and out within 5 min. I was expecting to get a little bit of money and actually god blessed me to get a decent amount. My only uncle passed away and this will help me with travel and arrangements for the funeral.
