The employees are great but don't agree…
The employees are great but don't agree with the company where when one employee is only working and the company makes their employees market their services. When this happens, the store is closed sometimes from over an hour to two hours and I want to make sure I pay them on time but due to my work schedule, I'm limited on my time as well. I don't know where they are supposed to market because I don't see their flyers around nor the employees passing out flyers at businesses. I really think Advance America needs to change their policy on marketing days only on the days where there are two employees working instead all the days of the week. Doesn't a business lose money when their doors are shut?? I guess Advance America doesn't care about serving their customers, they just care about meeting, "marketing quotas" that I don't see around the cities.
