The employees are friendly and very understanding of people they serve. The office is always nice and clean. Your employee there knows what your company offer and how to handle things item by item.
But online forget it- I can never get the right answers or my problem solved.

I would give the charlotte store employee Christa a10 stars but you only go as high as 5 stars. Christa is awesome she always takes great care of me, and gives me more reminder calls than she has to. In order keep me up to date. She should get an employee of the year award and a nice gift card for going above the call of duty.

Last time i came in to pay i was told that i was late .but in reality i was on time because i have alwas gotten to weeks to pay but the employee only gave me one week .so my account went into collection and my credit score was effected.

Krista is AWESOME! When I walk into the Charlotte, MI office, I am welcomed like family. She greets me by my name and we always get lost in conversation like friends meeting for coffee. She is great with customer service.
