Sandy was hands down a breath of fresh air. Not only is she relatable, but she is the type of person you want to deal with in customer service. This was my first time ever being in this position and having to learn the process, all while feeling plenty of rejection. She made me feel as though I wasn't alone in my situation. The world is cold enough right now, it really needs more people like her.

Sandy and her staff in Brownsburg IN, are exceptional. The customer service and professionalism are outstanding. They make you feel comfortable in such an awkward situation. No one wants to ask to borrow money but they make it seem like you’re asking mom and dad for $20 to go see a movie.

The ladies in the brownsburg branch are always helpful, polite and willing to work with you. I love Assistant manager Sandie, she is the nicest person and always smiling!
