I love Advance America
I love advance America! Having them around is great when I’m in need of money when I’m low or don’t even have any money in my wallet till next month paycheck, I someone who lives paycheck to paycheck appreciates their help in time of need. The loan experience is great because you can get the loan and then you don’t need to pay it till your next payday which is great!

No matter what time I enter the Oswell…
No matter what time I enter the Oswell one the employees always greet and have a smile. It’s so nice to go someplace to pay your loan, and you feel comfortable being there. I would give this location 20 ⭐️ stars!!

Best customer service experience
The day I applied for my payday loan I had entered the building not expecting to obtain a loan. I actually doubted I would qualify. The wonderful lender's demeanor was non-judgmental, extremely helpful, unconditionally understanding, compassionate, and very professional. I was against doing another payday loan ever in my life but this person changed my mind and she changed my day. Little disclaimer I have been extremely depressed and experiencing high anxiety. This lady made me feel better and also changed my anxiety and helped me feel like I was worthy. I understand that has nothing to do with payday loans but the way she treated me her customer service was par-non to any other customer service agent. My greatest thanks to her and I will be telling everybody I know about this particular store and this particular loan officer. Thank you

They have everything in one spot you can pay your bills or send money through Western Union also .
