The staff is very professional & go above and beyond to accommodate.
Never once have I been made to feel like a shmuck for having to take out a payday advance.
Kudos to them for taking careful measures during this pandemic & I commend them for maintaining a friendly atmosphere - in spite of some of the clientele I've personally witnessed being abusive to them.

I was able to take care of a past…
I was able to take care of a past delinquency with Advance America and get right back into the game. Advance America could have made it very difficult for me to get loans again but did not. They also took note of my willingness to clean up my account and reward me for it instead of taking my payback and only fair credit to deny me in the end. The customer service was appreciated from start to finish, and I had a good feeling about my re-loaning chances when I spoke to the man at AA about my past delinquecy and his belief in my good intentions for both your Co. and I.
