This company is badgering me. It presents itself as part of Google Play. Is it? It never really says how much it costs. Is my phone going to be devoured by viruses if I already have Norton 360?

Turned my phone on yesterday to be bombarded with notifications from AD TRANQUILITY saying my phone was compromised they even left a phone number 02 which is a Sydney code for phones
That number was a fake one not able to get through
I spoke to my phone provider as AT was saying they were going to lock my SIM CARD which is illegal in Australia and to ignore the threat which I did by blocking AT through Google Chrome whom they ough
I have a VPN app that works for me without the BS

This company has double charged me. At first I thought it was a one off mistake but then it happened again twice in 1 month.
I no longer want to do business with them.
I will be calling to cancel first thing Monday morning 10/9/23. I pray that they won't give me the run around.
I am on a fixed income and don't have money to waist.
I trusted this company.

They shouldn't get 1 star, they're a thieving bunch of scumbags, they will help themselves to your account whenever they want. Trying to contact them to cancel and refund your subscription is impossible. I ended up contacting my bank and destroying the card I had my account on. Suck on that Adtranquility! RIH you scammers.

Does Google Play know that this "company" is using their likeness and posing as them? I received at least 10 notifications in the span of 20 minutes saying scary things like "You've been hacked!!" And "Someone is tracking you!!" And the notifications all have the big "G" that Google and Google Play use for their notifications. This is fraud if I've ever seen it. I'm reporting them to Google, who knows, maybe Google is in on it, but either way, they shouldn't be using notifications like that when there is ZERO wrong with my phone. I know this because I have actual virus protection, not from this shill of a company. From what I've read in these reviews, Adtranquility should be ashamed of themselves.

It's scamming. Be careful. Taking money from unsuspecting customers. Disgusting, unethical, burglar. Never install it. Never trust them.

Today, I started receiving unwanted contact from this company saying that my phone was compromised. I don't want, or need their product, but they keep sending me notices. Their's is the behavior akin to a scam.

Crappy App. Then during trial you try to cancel and you have to pay 19.95 to cancel. This is BS. They say 1 click cancel, no questions asked. Don't believe it

Came across them accidentally. Had a free trial but cancelled it within the week of free trial.they tried to take money from my bank but the bank stopped it .had to take half our out of work to contact my bank they advised they think this company us full of fraud .I did a firm with my bank stating I am not subscribed to this app and have cancelled any further payments from being taken absolute fraudsters

I accidentally started a subscription to this supposed ad blocker, and I got charged a lot of excess money and no apparent service other than an extremely slow and often unresponsive cell phone. When I tried to to cancel, they charged me $19.95, because apparently the only way to cancel the account (according to them) is by paying for a "registered letter." That's peculiar since it only took a slip of the finger to sign up.

I can't afford this. I'm 71 caring for my elderly mother with medical issues. We're both on fixed incomes. If they were on the up-and-up, they would just cancel without charging me such an exorbitant fee! They need to be stopped!

Ahh add Tranquillity, what an interesting "company" we are speaking about. Please be reassured that not only do I use the word " company" very loosely and "interesting " is certainly not a compliment in this case. Just gauging interest by other reviewers as to a class/legal action or at the very least pre warning people via this wonderful thing called the "internet " Using every available platform that may be used not just social media. I'm quite prepared to do so.As I said I am wondering how many people would be interested? To put it plainly I have been bitten once too many times...... I am in NSW Australia by the way

They have taken 15 'monthly' payents in the last 20 weeks (once twice on the same day) and I wa only alerted to this by my Banks Anti Fraud system.

Just want money an pester yoy with notifications saying youve a virus

To anyone who has had a bad experience with this so-called company, speak to your Bank. As this company will set up the transactions as a Continuous Payment Authority, the Bank should be able to stop the transactions coming out of your Account.

The Bank will investigate this and if you genuinely did not receive any servies from the company, then you're all set.

Although there might be some annoyance on your part because the Bank might have to issue you with a new card for this Account. At least then you will be free of the company.

AdtranQ have take no end of payment from my account £4.99./£7.99./£10.99 I'm on a very low income at the moment as I'm having some issues with my benefits .I'm. A disabled vulnerable woman with mental health issues.i can contact these people.ive gone without my gas electric &food for the past 3nearly 4 weeks every time I look they have taken more I've been unable to top up my smart meter s or get my shopping delivered as I haven't had enough money I live off a budget where every penny counts I'm so depressed I don't have anyone who would help me sort this out ashamed & cold try should be shot

Fraudulent company, they have taken 22 payments from my bank in a matter of 2 months, I just managed to unsubscribe, going to bank tomorrow to block them from taking any more, absolute rip-off...
