I ordered a bracelet. When it arrived 3 weeks later, the quality was not as advertised. I spent 700 on it, and it looked like costume jewelry. The appraisal and description card that came with the item was a completely different picture-which they said might be the case. What is the sense of sending anything then? I asked for a return authorization which they issued after trying to offer me an additional 20% off to keep the bracelet-which I was not interested in. I returned the bracelet promptly, and after a week of the shipping label saying they received it back, I called to see when my refund would be issued. Getting a hold of someone is very difficult, I finally got someone through chat and they said they were a little behind with returns and to give up to 15 business days for a refund. I waited 15 days and still no refund. I tried getting back in contact, but when I gave my order number in chat, they stopped responding. I eventually had to open up a case with PayPal due to the fact that this company stop responding to me. I eventually won the case and received my money but it took another 2 weeks.

I ordered a bracelet from this company and received the wrong item three separate times. Each time I returned the bracelet as instructed, but the issue was never resolved and I was ultimately charged twice despite the returns. Communication with customer service did not lead to a clear solution or refund.
