Delivery late and part missing
The company arranged delivery for Tuesday 20th January then called on Monday 19th January to apologise and confirm it would be Wednesday 21st January. Later that evening I received both an email and a text to confirm delivery would be on the Tuesday.
The delivery did not arrive on Tuesday.
On Wednesday, I received a text and email to confirm delivery would be between 9.00 and 12.00. The emai lhad a link so I could track the van.
The delivery did not arrive so at 12.00, I checked the website and saw the van was in my street.
I called the driver to be told he had been at my gate but because I didn't answer he had left.
I am even now confused as to why he didn't go through the gate and chap my door or ring the doorbell.
He agreed (very reluctantly) to come back and deliver the order.
Part of the order was missing (one seat out of a corner suite).
All in this is a poorly run outfit with unprofessional staff.

Was told my furniture would be delivered today. Had a message yesterday to state it would be between 1pm and 7pm. Today I had another message to say it would be between 3:10pm and 3:30pm. Followed their on line tracker and the time continued to fluctuate. At 6:45 the van was around a mile away. Another message received that it would be between 6:30pm and 7pm today. Just checked the tracker and it says delivery tomorrow at 3:10pm!
So, I've lost a day's money today waiting around for absolutely nothing. No courtesy call to explain why they are now not coming.
I will be chasing my £99 delivery fee and loss of income. Disgusting service. A call would have been good earlier in the day instead of keeping me hanging around all day. Do you even have my sofa on the van?

Today I had Patrick & Keith deliver our new sofas and they were very considerate. The fact that they took care to protect my carpets from the muddy outdoors was a big thumbs up from me. Much appreciated :)
