Grazyna gives a really good firm massage but also manipulation on the parts that need it. Went specifically with my shoulder and it is improved after 1 session, booked another straight away to improve movement more. Would highly recommend.

Had a lot of massages over the years. I have now had a sports massage and a Swedish massage from Christine and both were absolutely brilliant. I went in with alot of discomfort, stiffness and pain and both times left feeling so much better. She is very professional and knows exactly what is needed. If you need a massage to relieve your muscular issues I would not hesitate to see Christine. Lovely relaxing music too by the way which I feel helps

I got a voucher for my birthday for a pregnancy message. I left it quite late, I'm 38 weeks pregnant but it was worth the wait! Christine was incredibly friendly and the massage was wonderful from start to finish! I especially enjoyed the face rub at the end. Will definitely be returning after baby is born!

Having tension in my back and neck for weeks, I booked an appointment with Carl at Adjust for a deep tissue massage. This was my first visit and Carl was brilliant, so good i booked another couple of sessions with him. Neck and back feel much better! Looking forward to next visit.

These were really good and I found these treatments very beneficial for both short and long term solutions. In particular, Christine is really great, she’s very attentive to the areas I need help with and also very supportive in terms of post treatment advice too. Christine is also really great to talk to and is extremely friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend Christine for her treatments.
