David our technician is absolutely fantastic. He is extremely informative, always patient, and very kind. I know David has a heavy work load, but he never acts like he's in a rush, always taking his time to answer any questions. Adapt Health has been very timely with supplies thus far, but David himself has been a blessing to us!!

Easy process, customer service reps were pleasant and knowledgeable, delivery driver was nice and equipment arrived earlier than anticipated!

When I called to have my bed picked up they were very fast and very efficient and the person that came out to pick up. My bed was very kind and thorough and I want to thank everybody for all their help.

This company indiscriminately sends me bills for 2 or 3 dollars. Even after I have drove to the local branch to be removed from any auto ship or automated ordering of supplies. They don't explain the bills ..and tell you to call an 888 with a credit card to pay within the email. They want all your personal name/birthday and email address before they will even answer why they are billing you. All earmarks of a scam

good instructions, I am not new to the CPAP machine, I have had one for 6 yrs, but I received a lot of new & helpful info.

This gentleman was very professional. He explained everything. He was very helpful. He is very good at what he does.

Called multiple times to resolve my over billing issues, departments don’t seems to be talking to each other, they keep me transferring again and again.
It happened multiple times not once. No one has that much time on hand to deal with this.
They over charged me for the items, and when returned ( prepared labelled provided by then for UPS) over 2 months ago, and they still don't see credit on my account and seems like my return is not updated in the system. This was an expensive head gear for my CPAP devices and billed me around approx. $138 and some change. Note: they asked me to pay full invoice to avoid collection so I did that and they said when we receive you returned item credit will be issues.
Now I don’t have credit and I lost (returned ) they head gear.
You can now think twice before doing business with this company.

I had an 11:00 appointment at adapt health this morning. I walked into the office at 10:45 and was told Sally was finishing up an appointment by the person at the desk. She continuously told other clients that walked in that Sally was in an appointment and that I was her next appointment NEVER bothering to check to see if Sally was available but sat at her desk and did NOTHING! Finally at 11:25 a so called “manager”came out and told me that my appointment was cancelled and I would have to reschedule. I’m going to see if I can find somewhere else to go. I’m not putting up with this crap!!!

Everyone from the person on the phone to Jeff , the service was excellent ! He explained everything very thoroughly and was patient and came quickly. We appreciate the quick service.

Took 4 weeks to get my BIPAP equipment. No return demonstration offered during education, and annoyed when I asked for it.
