Beautiful jack russell's and otter bought for Christmas gifts. They are heavier and larger than I expected (I know the measurements are there, but I'm daft!) they are really wonderful. I haven't wrapped them either as they come in a gorgeous bag!

I ordered 2 hanging decorations for Christmas gifts.
Both the Otter and the Hare are lovely. Good detail and charming representations of the animals. I am sure both will be well received.

The quality of the product (Fox door knocker) is outstanding. The instant you pick it up you are in no doubt whatsoever that this is a serious, quality, product. Even if you live in a stately home it is likely to outlast the door it is attached to. Fantastic that this is "Made in Britain".

Jenny responded quickly to my queries in advance of purchase. Oh and it's packaged really nicely too in a smart wooden box.

I also had to speak to customer services as I had put the wrong door number on my order and the lady I spoke to was great and resolved my issue.

I decided to make my Airbnb look more interesting and after reading an article on door appeal found a feature on Adams and Mack.
So now I am a bit hooked ( no pun intended) on the fish knocker on the front door.
It made so much difference to the door look and I now want another one for my house. I actually didn’t have any problem fixing it to the door myself and would say it’s a big well done from me , and I usually only complain on here!

Adam & Mack import these door knockers from the Far East somewhere and 'finish' them here. Don't know what that means. Probably they mean the addition of plush packaging and putting an additional £125 on to the original price.
The hare itself is beautiful. To fix it, however, is a pain. You cannot make a template of the two fixing holes, because they've not been drilled in a straight line. In my case the lower one was off to the right. So you are supposed to mark the position of the lower hole - which is impossible to do because you cannot lift the hare up far enough to get either a pencil or a normal sharp implement in there to mark the door. My brand new door is very hard, and simply trying to scratch a nail through the hole made no mark.
It turned out that for the hare to hang straight, the fixing plate had to be slightly skew-whiff. It looks pretty ridiculous which for a £145 knocker is insane. Also, for that money they should get the people in the Far East to simply drill the holes in a straight vertical line. Not much to ask, is it?

When I complained about the above I received no other help than the fixing instructions already given - which given the problem with the lower hole were completely useless. After that they just ignored me. So as with so many shops that brag about how wonderful they are, in the final analysis they're worthless. You're only ever as good as your customer service is.

I contacted A&M for some advice re one of their door knockers I’d been given as a gift and they have been so helpful cannot recommend them enough and the product is beautiful

I ordered the Victorian door knocker in aged brass as a gift. The item was beautifully presented. The fine detail was impressive and the item had a very solid feel and weight.
This was the most expensive door knocker that I looked at but well worth the money.

I ordered the Brass hare knocker as a gift and was kept up to date and informed with regards to delivery times, the present was a big hit and it all came beautifully packaged and was lovely quality, would highly recommend.

I ordered the brass carp door knocker, Kairos, as a birthday present for the fisherman of the house. It arrived on time, beautifully presented in a lined, drawstring bag encased in a solid wooden box. A satisfyingly weighty piece of art, which looks great on our front door.

Jenny and Mike have obviously created something really special here. Fantastic quality door knocker that has made the front door look fabulous (without having to drill through it). Really clever design but with handcrafted quality.
