Upon seeing the other reviews I can see they get their employees to write them.
The customer service was ok. But they need to change their automated email as it comes across as insulting. “It’s a bit of a stretch for you to pay off a loan”
Now I know my credit is well let’s say terrible at the minute. But I needed help untill payday and said I could easily afford to pay off a £100 loan plus interest in one go. Which would b turn help boost my score. Now I feel sorry for the person whole will read my email which was less than pleasant in return just like theirs was.
Stop writting fake reviews and work on your customer service skills as to not come across as insulting in the future.

Applied for a loan. Gave them access to my bank account and sent proof of ID but no reply. Very bad customer service. I will have to consider other options if they don’t reply particularly since I have given them access to personal details.

Great Service
The process was really easy to go through. I don't have the best credit but they went through everything with me and understood that even someone like myself needs to be given a chance and Richard who I spoke to was brilliant. He understood this and was very helpful. He is a credit to the company. Thanks 👍🏼
