I never received my parts
I never received my parts, and after multiple attempts to call, I couldn’t get in contact with anyone. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I ended up taking a loss because of it. Based on how this situation was handled, I will not be shopping here again.

Never again! I needed a specific part for my Acura RDX right away. I ordered it from Acura Parts Warehouse as it was listed as in stock. Three days went by and I heard nothing about my order. I ended up emailing three times over 11 days before they shipped my order. The customer service was deplorable, the communication was terrible and it took two full weeks to get my order. These people are not trustworthy.
