Great Experience from Overseas!
The company is based in Europe (I believe in The Netherlands) and communicated with me by e-mail to deliver products to me in Canada. They sent follow up e-mails and were patient when I was not responsive. They helped figure out payment methods that worked for me. I haven't used the product yet, but compared to their big brand competitors in North America, they're competitively priced. The product arrived quickly and in one piece.

Sleep sound ear plugs delivery date unknown
I ordered the product and followed guidance on making a booking for impressions on 16th April, on which date I could only get an appointment three weeks in advance.
I received a notification some three weeks after having the impressions taken that the order was being processed and it would be 3 to 4 weeks before I received the product.
I await the product (27/5/25).
I am therefore not impressed with the time it clearly takes to process the order. I understand that this is a bespoke product. And I guess I could have shopped around for the impressions. But overall, given that I ordered the product in a situation of great need, I am left somewhat wanting at the current time.

As you rightly mentioned, our SleepSound earplugs are a bespoke product, made to your individual ear impressions, which can take approximately 3–4 weeks to manufacture—especially during busy periods. While we work with a wide network of impression partners across the UK to offer flexibility, appointment availability at these centres is unfortunately outside of our control.

Earplugs are excellent
Earplugs are excellent and doing the job. However the illustrations which came with the earplugs was useless - the diagram looked like it had been drawn by a 5 year old and completely illegible. I had to return to Boots store to have instructions from their Audio dept to insert the plugs which I still find quite difficult. The illustrations did not make any sense even after I had to additional help from Boots.
Would help if correctly shown with computerised diagram rather than pencil drawing.
Customer service excellent actually read review and are looking into creating a computerised diagram. Also suggested I contact them if still a problem with fitting. Can’t ask better than that thanks

I so wanted these ear plugs to work…
I so wanted these ear plugs to work well for me. I found them really hard to fit, and when I finally managed to do so found them hard & uncomfortable to sleep in. Removing them was a struggle & caused pain too. I’ve emailed for customer support but not had a reply.
