As always, I was dubious as to whether this company was legit or a scam. I was willing to hear what they had to offer, but I was only researching and not in need or desperate. Whenever something was offered that did not sound great, I asked them if they could do better, and they said they'd try to see what can be done to satisfy my wants. Eventually, I got exactly what I wanted. The required documents were not difficult to gather, and the approval process was quick and easy. It took a couple days longer than expected to get funds because I thought we would get funded the day of closing. It was a small misunderstanding, but we did close seamlessly and received our funds a couple days later.

Kelsey was great, helped me through the experience seamlessly.

Evan was an absolute pleasure to work with on my loan. I’m 46 I’ve been working and living middle class life together with my family for 28 years. I’ve had many, many loans throughout my lifetime and this was hands down the best experience I’ve had. He got me better terms than I thought I would get and it all took around an hour. Great guy and I’d say pretty much perfect customer service. With a couple weddings for kids coming up and the craziness life throws at you, finances can be overwhelming for us. Most people get it, we all have something similar and I’d say Evan made it as painless as possible through this process. 10/10 for sure! Thanks a million, Evan!

Oscar, the representative that they sent me to to talk to. was pushy and did not listen to my needs and kept telling me that I must apply for the the loan before I could move to the next person I needed to speak to. I feel like he was trying to make qouter and not really help helping with what I needed at the moment. I feel like his customer service was very rude and I was not able to get any of my questions answered that I asked. He just wanted to sell me a loan

My Husband and I decided to get a loan and Rodman was the man that got the job done. He went above and beyond to make sure we were approved. It took a few hours of making sure they had all the information needed. we emailed several different times everything we were asked and then some. I wasn't too sure we would get approved but it got done and we are very happy.

Working with Evan was so easy and hassle free. We were able to get everything accomplished in just two phone calls. I am now in a much better position going forward.

This place is OBNOXIOUS with their calling. I received 17 calls from them in a 6 minute span. This includes when I was on the phone with them trying to talk to someone! They were rude when I was talking to them and did not seem to want to listen to what I was telling them and were pushy. When I kindly asked to be taken off their call list and that I was not interested in doing business with them; their response was NOT professional in saying, "The feeling is mutual". Which was funny to hear considering I was nice and respectful and he was not. Their employees need training on how to handle someone who is respectful and need to not be pushy and rude.

it was overall a horrible experience with them and have zero desire to do business with them.

I was looking at loans so that I could do some additional home improvement options.

The 1st company I dealt with stated that because of an existing Heloc loan that we took out to replace a 18 year old A/C and furnace unit that they were unable to approve us.

I Googled Heloc loans and Achieve popped up so reached out and dealt with advisor Todd Raccuglia who stated all they needed to do was increase the amount of the loan request to cover the payoff for the 1st Heloc loan as well as one of our vehicles that had a little bit higher interest rate (I was told my Todd that they would even set up the payments directly to the auto loan company and the bank that had our Heloc loan.

Wow, someone that can think outside the box and provide a solution.

I was kept in the loop the whole time through emails as well as text messages and that anytime a new step had to be completed I was immediately notified.

My loan Processor was Monique Guzman and again, more people keeping me in the loop as well as coordinations with the notary for making sure all the paperwork was filled out to get the loan payout completed.

Side note, I did my due diligence by focusing on reviews (Both the positive and the negative and Achieve has (Out of over 12K reviews) a 4.8% overall rating with 90% 5 star satisfaction rate customers and 2% 1 star reviews.

And with full disclosure I started to type this up on (4/6/2026) the day before I was to receive the funds to make sure everything was in order.

Ok, April 7th and the funds are now in my bank as per the agreement.

April 8th: Received receipt that our previous Heloc loan was paid off.

April 10th our car was paid off.

So as we speak everything has been EXACTLY as stated.

Kelsey was so professional and kind. One thing I really liked was she wasnt pushie. She took the time to explain the process and my options.
She was also very patient as well worked through some tech issues, my end, not hers. She made the process do able. She needs a raise!

First and foremost Brianna Apger ❤️👍🏾 is a jewel she truly assisted me made my journey into this loan process comfortable & realistic, my Life feels a little lighter because of I actually see the process shaping from monitoring the dash board.

The company lives up to it's duties of assistance to hard times & making dark times become a way out of that stage I was in so thanks Brianna & this company.!!!
