Created issue to force paid support
I have been an account edge customer for about 20 years. When they had the desk top version is was fine, though when I was having a minor issue I was treated with contempt because I had only upgraded 4 times, the company said. I finally switched to their cloud system which offers a single month of support. I was up and running when my credit card was compromised. As I was trying to find someone to provide the new credit card information, nearly impossible unless you get their expensive support subscription, they canceled the account. Through chat and email, a process that took several days, I was finally able to get the new account information entered, however, the program was no longer functional. I spent several more days trying to correct the issue with their worthless email support, but they could not fix the issue created by their canceling of the account even as I was trying to get the issue resolved. They now want me to pay for a support subscription to make their program operable. At every step of the way they have shown contempt for their smaller customers. I would recommend using any other software.
