This is the first time I have dealt with SmartDebit, due to a (new to me) customer already using it.
I have been trying to integrate various services into our system here, and the technical team at SmartDebit are by far and away the best that I've dealt with in quite a while. The response times are great and the answers are always helpful and to the point.

My recent experience with Rachel at SmartDebit was excellent. I had a question regarding changing a collection date for a customer, and wasn't sure how to proceed. In our chat, Rachel made a suggestion, which I implemented while we were still in chat mode, and it worked. She was very helpful and my issue was resolved quickly. I appreciate being able to chat when I have a question, and the helpful, immediate service was excellent.

Deeply concerned about this company. We have used Smart Debit for many years but they seem to have been bought by the Access Group. They no longer answer the phones and take forever to reply to support tickets. Moving away to another supplier

Excellent Service From A Reliable Partner
We needed to submit an urgent file to BACS urgently on Friday 27th August and as the 'deadline' for the day was fast approaching, we were unsure whether we would be able to submit it in time. We need not have feared, as Smart Debit pulled out all of the stops to ensure the file was processed successfully and we were able to reconcile the DD Claims we had made, and any that had been rejected at BACS. It is reassuring to know that we have such a reliable partner when under pressure situations. Thank you Smart Debit.

A Great Product with Great Customer Service, the Perfect Match!
Under our group of companies, we have 5 separate accounts with Smart Debit, servicing over 25,000 customers. Each separate entity utilises Smart Debit's Pulse system differently, which highlights how agile their system is. Although they operate differently, it all culminates in the same result of operating DD collections seamlessly. The customer service we receive is by far and away the best of all our suppliers! This ranges from the likes of Kat, Kelly & Hayley in the Sales & Support teams to David & Basil in Technical Support, nothing is ever too much trouble!
