The staff at Academics have been amazing since day one. Very helpful, professional, easy to communicate with and polite. Hamzah Miah was amazing during my registration process when I first contacted them, he was really professional, helpful, patient and kind. Thanks to him all went well. After my registration went through, Elizabeth Barker-Green found me a lovely school. She was amazing, very professional and helpful, always ready to take my calls when I needed to speak to her, and always ready to help. All the people that I have spoken to at Academics have always been very helpful and polite. Wonderful agency to work for!

I've been working consistently with Academics for more than a year. The registration and compliance procedures were dealt with in a timely and professional manner.
My consultant Daniel is a joy to work with. He combines his professionalism with thought caring and sensitivity.
I've had some challenges during this year and he has taken great care to make sure that the roles he's secured for me are suitable for my needs. He makes clear that my well-being is a priority by regularly checking in with me with a telephone call. In addition, I appreciate the fact that the feedback he receives from schools I've worked with is always shared with me. This makes me feel valued and very much a part of the Academics team. Everyone seems to be leaving! I have had 5 different consultants and still no work. Must be something wrong with management that everyone keeps leaving.

My experience with the Academics has been amazing so far- I have worked in lovely schools, gained fantastic experience and had a great support. Special thanks to Kamuran for being so patient and efficient in making sure my application is processed as soon as possible and,ofcourse, Jane who has been absolutely wonderful in making sure my experience with Academics continues to be smooth and truly enjoyable.

Louis at the Berkhamsted office looked after me well. I gained plenty of experience through a variety of work placements and worked in some wonderful schools.

Yasmin at Academics is amazing !!!!! One of my colleagues told me about her and I contacted her regarding supply work and looking for a new role in September. The next day she contacted back with a school looking for a teacher, following day I went and secured a job as well as long term supply all summer!! She’s such a lovely person and so easy going!! She is always available when you need her whether that is via calling or texting she’s great at responding back and being so helpful!!! Having found myself in a difficult career challenge in January 2024 I approached Academics having working worked alongside their manager Mr Austin in my previous role as Ast Head / INCo. The whole Berkhamsted team were super supportive and equally respectful to the challenge I was at the time facing. At times I relied on the advice from Mr Austin and coupled with frequent supply working matching my area and specialism I regained confidence as a respected, senior leader in my area. Their recruitment process was sensitive to my needs, respectful and also very smooth, this being imperative to me as I was well known within my local education authority. After much support, guidance and advice I was recruited back to a senior role within another school and to this day still remain in close contact with the team at Academics equally I have introduced them as a supplier of staff in my new school. I have been working with Academics. I am really grateful for their service. My consultant was Emma Rowledge who was really working hard to complete my application processes like references. The team really engaged with me to work as they would send text messages every week regarding availability. I had many work choices which enabled me to vary and enhance in my learning in this field of work. The team would always answer my calls and any queries I had about anything.
