If I could leave a -star I would. This company is a joke. Shipped from China, location in Canada and phone number is a a residential landline. I want a refund but don’t think I’ll get it since I can’t get anyone to answer my emails. Website state 30 day money back guarantee, which is probably bogus as well.
My package finally got to my place on 9/3/2024. I refused it and still have not heard from this company. Instagram lets these fraudulent accounts in and then we get scammed. Don’t fall for this like I did.

I too got sucked in by the “ Influencers” saying how amazing these sponges are. First of all, they are not made in the United States. They come from China-It will take about a month to get to you. Secondly, it is NOT a sponge. It is more like a small round piece of tissue paper that falls apart when you try to use it. Absolute crap. I also have emailed the company to do a return and obviously they do not get back to anyone.
Please do not be scammed by this company. If you are dying to try these turmeric “sponges” I now see them on Amazon for $8 dollars for the pack of 40 which I spent $30 on. I feel like a fool and will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau as well.

I too was scammed. It took almost a month for the product to arrive. When I was ready to use it, it was just a sponge. Nothing in it. No said ingredients in it at all. This company should be shut down. I filled a complaint to the Better Business Bureau for this company to be obsolete.

Total Scam. Stay away. First of all, shipping took weeks, since the product is being shipped from China. Once opened, it contained small, plain, yellow sponges. Not what's advertised. No customer service. No replies to my email.

Zero stars. Just like the other buyers have said - this is a scam through and through. They’re those facial or cleaning sponges that expand with water. Thought it was a mistake at first and emailed them for a refund but to no avail. No response. Don’t fall for the sale or anything.
