Love using Absolute Cult, they are my go to brand for t-shirts. I find the t-shirts to be high quality and very comfortable and a reasonable price too.

Really great product, and the online customer service was second to none! I messaged and explained that I needed the top for a couple of days time and they made sure it was dispatched immediately.

I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering off Amazon. It says 'Officially branded merchandise with all authorised licensor branding, packaging and labelling'. It might be technically authorised but this is not the official quality band tee you normally get. Has no official branding. It's a cheap, low quality tee with a cheap print on top. Genuine rip off. Avoid.

This was the first time using the website, the website has a few issues but persevered and finally found what I was looking for.
The delivery was within a few day as stated and the bits I ordered were good quality and true to fit, will definitely be buying again from them.

Item never arrived (after two months!) and impossible to get hold of anyone, just autobot responses.

Very poor product and customer service. Print came off after first wash and before I had even worn the t shirt. Zero response from customer service despite numerous attempts to contact them. I would avoid as they make no effort to rectify any issues. My first bad experience with Amazon.

I tried to cancel my order with them within minutes of ordering. They totally ignored my 3 emails and two contact attempts by Amazon. Ignored both of us. Then three days later I get an email stating it's been shipped. It's not moving anywhere when I track it so I'm thinking they didn't even ship it and just lied. I will contact Amazon for a refund and inform them of this company's UNWRITTEN POLICY of no refunds within 30 days of order. Say's it's going to be 1 1/2 months before I even get it. Poor customer service. My customer number is 113-8470503-2347406 through Amazon. Let's see if anything positive with them happens....

via amazon, i’ve ordered a shirt, that, arriving after weeks was much too small. for my daughter it didn’t fit in any way. i asked for refund after sending back the item. they didn‘t accept my suggestion. they offered me to keep the shirt and sending me 50% of €18.99 i‘ve paid. but why should i pay nearly €10 for something i can‘t use at all. i want my complete payment as refund. i made nearly the san

The t-shirts feel thin and cheap and the prints are grainy and very poor quality. It’s hard to believe these are licensed products, they just seem like cheap knock-offs. Customer service is very poor, they say they will refund you but then they don’t.

I recently bought 2 t-shirts from Absolute Cult and the quality was atrocious. I’ve never seen such poor quality prints, just garbage. I returned the shirts immediately but getting a refund is proving to be a hassle, Absolute Cult’s customer service is as bad as the quality of their t-shirts. I advise everyone to avoid this company.
