Fast delivery. Unfortunately I ordered a wrong size spare battery, so I wanted to return it. There is no support for returning products. I wrote a mail, got a confirmation that said they would come back with further info, which never came. I wrote a second mail, with no answer at all. Now the return period is over - by chance or intention? Will look for a company with better service, next time.

Ordered a radio controller with a battery charger for my 1:10 RC cars, at first they didn't have any stock but after asking by mail, I quickly got a response about when they would be able to ship the parts and they provided clear infos about the shipment.
They did a little mistake and forgot the controller itself but as soon as I contacted them, the missing item was sent.
Apart from the small mistake, they were answering quickly and kept me informed, soo I strongly recommend !

I placed an order on the 5th of January im still waiting for delivery and its April now, ive had to chase for updates and they are claiming due to the Chinese new year there is a delay ?? Not once have they contacted me off their own back ! Once I have my parts I'll be going else where for parts, Here is a reply from there sales managers Fabian Hecht "Hello,

 

Just to clarify: you’re not our only customer, so it sometimes takes a little longer for us to reply to emails. We were really very busy last week due to the Easter holidays. We had to catch up on four whole days’ work. We’re sorry it took longer, but sometimes it’s simply not possible to reply any sooner.

 

No, we don’t have any new information regarding your order. In fact, we don’t know when the items will arrive.

Part of the global sea freight network is currently blocked or overloaded due to the current global situation, and we don’t yet know when our items will arrive.

 

As soon as the items arrive, we will dispatch your order. Checking in every week won’t speed up the process. Alternatively, we can cancel your order and refund your money. If you’d like us to do that, just let us know.

 

Furthermore, I have checked that the items from your order are not shown as available in our shop, and what do you mean by ‘heavy compensation’ – are we supposed to send you a whole car for free? Do you think we’re doing this on purpose? We can’t do anything about this situation. We too are frustrated that we don’t have our items in stock; I can assure you of that.
