La formation Gestion de stock Expert est très complète : comment construire concrètement un outil de pilotage des stocks sur Excel, ensuite la formalisation de la méthode pour réduire / optimiser ses stocks est très pragmatique et permet de remettre à plat ce qu'on peut déjà faire et de compléter.

I learned and found many tricks to solve bottlenecks, that makes breakthrough in value added job and satisfaction. Value added time of 20% becoming 80%, and only 20% of time for routine tasks(non value added)

I followed the course : "SCM Analytics Pro" and I'm very satisfied about what I've learned. Every concept are clearly described, every step to create the dashboard are explained and some examples are provided to improve specific KPI.
I think it could be great to add more practice trainings exactly as it is done for the course "Forecasting Expert".
