Sono molto deluso. Da un marchio come ABB mi aspettavo molta più qualità e un’assistenza più seria. Dopo solo una settimana d’uso, la colonnina (terra ac 7,4kwh) ha iniziato a indicare erroneamente che il veicolo è sempre collegato, anche quando non lo è. Ho aperto una segnalazione e mi è stato comunicato che il caso era stato inoltrato al supporto tecnico di 3° livello, con promessa di riscontro entro lunedì (16/03), ma ad oggi non ho ricevuto alcun aggiornamento. Sono già settimane che sto provando ad avere loro assistenza! Per un prodotto di questo livello, è un’esperienza davvero deludente.

da un paio di giorni cerco di avere assistenza da ABB e devo dire che oltre alla pessima conoscenza del supporto clienti, non hanno la ben che minima idea di cosa sia il cliente
Non comprerò assolutamente il citofono ABB

Possiedo un videocitofono collegato in remoto all'APP ABB Welcome. Sono molti di più i giorni in cui il collegamento da App non funziona rispetto a quelli in cui funziona (senza considerare che delle volte non funziona nemmeno il citofono fisico). Tutta la mia casa ha collegamenti da remoto dalle rispettive APP di vario tipo (chiusura apertura garage/scuri/porta di casa/tende/allarme ecc...). Tutte le mie APP funzionano, tutte tranne questa. Sono ad un passo dal compare un altro citofono, tanto sono contenta del prodotto.

Disgraceful company ordered pack of two tree wash and only received one item.
When I contacted them I got a reply "send proof" there was no receipt in the box just one item so impossible to send proof!
Basically I was treated as a liar , why Amazon are using this company I have no idea they should be ashamed of themselves.

Terribly unprofessional company. Impossible to get parts, unreliable, constant push-back when issues arrise. Every conversation is a constant litany of "we can't" or "ABB doesn't do that". Save your sanity and avoid these people.

My house came with the ABB Video Indoor Station 4.3 WiFi system. It allows me to see who is at the door and open it remotely. The system functions but is completely outdated (despite it being still on sale). It is decades old and connecting it to smart functions on your phone is impossible unless you are a trained ABB expert. Completely user unfriendly. Despite it being only 3 years old, I will rip out the system and replace it with something modern.

2025-05-14: En firmware opdatering fjernede el hel del af software fejlene og jeg kan nu ændre i indstillingerne i app'en. Ikke imponerende, men en forbedring.

Sconsiglio l’utilizzo dei prodotti ABB. Contattati più volte per un grosso problema al citofono, contattati anche per chiedere informazioni su un prodotto che hanno a catalogo per risolvere un problema, contattati per chiedere dove comprare e che prezzi pagare i loro prodotti, rispondono sempre che non possono fornire alcuna informazione.
Pertanto, non esiste un interlocutore con cui parlare.
Customer Care inesistente, e ad oggi nel 2025, un’azienda come questa non può stare sul mercato.

Ho acquistato un kit videocitofono della ABB Bifamiliare,a distanza di 6 mesi posso dire che i prodotti sono scadenti. Il display dentro casa è piccolo, la qualità delle immagini della videocamera sono pessime. L'applicazione welcome è pessima e tante cose si hanno sottoscrivendo abbonamento. Insomma mai più ABB videocitofono.

Denne lader er på ingen måde intuitiv, bare gammeldags, konservativ & på ingen måde samarbejdsvillig & kun et år gammel.
Af de mange fejl den har kan, nævnes:
1. Hvis den har haft en lade periode (hvor strømmen f.eks. er billigst) kan den ikke lade igen før man har afmonteret stikket og genmonteret. (godt jeg ikke bor på 5. sal)
2. De er ekstrem langsom med at forbinde og ultra tung i drift.
3. De vil kun accepterer sin egen lade plan ikke den jeg kan sætte i Polestar.
Jeg har en anden fabrikat lader i mit sommerhus, det køre bare.

Købte en ABB ladeboks november 2021. 2 år og 10 måneder senere fejler boksen og kan ikke repareres. Ingen hjælp fra ABB😕Så ingen anbefaling af ABB og deres ladeboks herfra.

ABB leverer en 50kw lader der er fejl på og efter ca. 1/2 år vælger de at den skal udskiftes og sender den nye frekvensomformer til mig hvorefter jeg udskifter den men nu vil ABB ikke betale det det arbejde jeg har udført. Jeg vil fraråde alle at handle med ABB ladere

Fate attenzione ad installare citofoni della ABB perchè se avrete un problema non avrete alcuna assistenza nè dalla ditta che ve li avrà installati nè dalla casa madre. Sono 3 mesi che il videocitofono da remoto non funziona ed è un prodotto talmente particolare che solo chi conosce bene ABB può metterci le mani (non un elettricista qualunque) ma ....non troverete tecnici perche sono tutti solamente rivenditori e installatori che non hanno competenze per riparazioni. Se scrivete alla assistenza clienti di Milano riceverete solo mail di ritorno con FAQ e indicazioni di massima assolutamente inutili. Morale? Non è una ditta seria, etica e che cura il postvendita. La garanzia dura 2 anni, il guasto si è verificato a 2 anni e 3 mesi. Sarà un caso...ma io non consiglio questa marca (peraltro carissima)

Placed an order with ABB Aberdeen for on 5th Aug. 2024 after receining a quote then a revised quote...then just of a sudden the new agreed price jumped from £9K to £41K . I can see this co. going down within the next 5 years. Unprofessional organisation to the bone.

m.abb-vip.ru is a totally fake and fraud website. They made people invest money and when it was time to return it, they are not returning it. They fooled lakhs of people and ran away with the money.
