Disappointing product and rip off merchants
Bought on good faith to keep my fleet of machines safe! Trouble is now they won’t work under metal!!!!!! What is the point in them as they won’t work if hidden. The answer I got was
“Well your tied in for 36 months and there is nothing we can do unless you pay for them for 36 months”
Appalling service and quite frankly I am very disappointed in the product and the attitude of the staff

Our devices are all sold on a certain contract length that was agreed in writing when the devices were initially purchased, which means there are no upfront costs and all devices are covered by lifetime warranty. Not as good as other trackers and more expensive.
A good product but for the monthly fee compared to other trackers, it is just as accurate but lacks many options from the app. It requires a laptop or tablet to log in from a web browser.
For half the monthly fee, I prefer my other trackers and app as I can go back over a year and is also say my other tracker is better at the location address’s.

Our solutions offer many additional features that aren't available elsewhere, however if your business doesn't benefit from those then we understand how comparing ABAX just on price can seem that other offers are better value.

Works well.
It works well and basically acted as I was told it would however we have had to widen some geofences as sometimes it pings out and gives a false reading. The team are really helpful and professional and I'm sure the product will improve in the future.

Clear and simple
Clear and simple - no surprises!
The whole process was very simple - a great user friendly desktop app, and mobile app - still in the early days - but monitoring a fleet of 30 vehicles is nice and simple.

Excellent - Would Recommend!
Customer service is excellent. From my original contact to after care, nothing has been too much trouble. We chose this company as the trackers were quick and easy to install and the monitoring service is live and up to date using google. I have made a couple of requests and the tech team have tailor-made our package to suit. We trialled the company with a handful of vehicles and were so impressed we have added them to our whole fleet and cancelled our previous tracking company contract.
