Stunning desk, in looks and functionality. Assembly was long and frustrating. Absolutely worth it in the end though.
This is a beautiful, solid product that looks so nice in my home and functions as described - very, very happy with this desk. I removed a star ONLY because of the very poor instructional booklet provided, and no searchable assembly video on their website or YouTube. The booklet is very short on detail and thus the desk took me many hours to build over a weekend. It is worth the hassle, but it doesn't need to be such a hassle - the instructions need MORE written detail to accompany the images. It's all very vague. The desk itself is a 5 out of 5 though!

Unstable at Mid-Height & Odor from Desk Legs
I recently purchased the Robin Pro desk. While the desktop itself is of good quality with no noticeable odor, the desk becomes unstable when rising to around 120cm. Additionally, there’s a strange smell coming from the desk legs, which is quite noticeable. I hope this can be addressed in future versions.

Ordered >3 weeks ago. Service is absolutely not as advertised. Outsourced support function. First acoustic screen arrived. Then table arrived without legs. Still waiting for legs 3 weeks later. Support response templated vanilla apologetic type response, but no solution.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Due to the weight and size of our products, we are required to ship them in separate packages. Normally, all parcels are dispatched on the same day and should ideally be received on the same day as well. The delay this time is mainly due to our ongoing logistics system upgrade and the increased order volume during the Australian sales period.

Good product
The product is good, but the delivery was strange. The tabletop and legs came in separate delivery, on a separate day which has caused some inconvenience. However, their response and customer service were good and very responsive. I think the delivery could improve.

Robin Pro is my favorite desk now!
Bought it few weeks ago for my new house, white desktop and white leg looks very beautiful and suitable for my home office. Hand controller is easy to use, cable management is convient. Will eecomend it to my friends.

So glad to get 1.8m pesk pro standing…
So glad to get 1.8m pesk pro standing desk. The desktop is huge-I can fit two monitors and a laptop on a stand with room on both sides of the monitors. Solid wood desktop looks high quality, the dual motors are smooth and quick, nicer than cheaper standing desks.

Best choice for work from home in Australia. All of their desks looks well and beautiful, it is hard to make your decision detween Robin and Pesk. Finally got Pesk pro because I used computer and it is wider, works very well.
