I purchased a helmet and the sales person was very very helpful. Great knowledge and service.
My husband purchased a e-bike but unfortunately with his very bad back it was not suitable, what a very helpful and pleasant experience we had with 99 bikes. Could not recommend them enough.

Ordering the bike and the service was quick and easy, the bike was delivered within a week but the actual quality of the bike I got (which was the academy aspire 2023) was terrible, they cheaped out on everything besides the frame and fork, everything else was poor quality at best, the sprocket was heavy but still way to cheap and thin and after only a week it bent after bunny hopping, and the crankset squeaks a bit with the other sprocket I put on, as well as the handle bars being to small and they felt weird,

I was a little disappointed that the cassette on the trainer didn't fit my road bike chain. It is advertised as coming with the cassette already installed, I had to go to my local bike shop and spend another 120$ on an 8 speed cassette and tools to change it

Purchased the Shoks OpenRun headset in June so I 've had them a couple of months now. These are super for me as my ears don't hold regular buds. Also, I can listen and still hear what's happening around. That's great for cycling and running. Battery life is pretty good too. The only thing that would make them better is to have the bluetooth connect to more than one simultaneous device. That's only because I like to use them in the office too, so can't connect to phone and computer at the same time. I just find them very comfy to use and the sound is pretty good.

Absolutely amazing, have had my mtb worked on at the Ipswich location, all of the employees are very kind and helpful when it comes to certain details about the product, both times I had my bike worked on there I dropped in with me mates and had a ball without any mechanical issues, 110% satisfied, will be returning for a fork rebuild or a new fork
