I’ve been trying to withdraw a £60 win for nearly two months. I’ve previously withdrawn without a problem, I have two payment options attached to my account.

888 have an automated chat service that doesn’t work. Email addresses that don’t reply to you (I’ve tried four times). No working telephone number. Avoid this scam site, there’s plenty of other reputable betting sites out there.

The 888 website suddenly stopped working on my PC browser so, on advice, I used another. The site did not work correctly and kept on bringing up unwanted pop-ups. It then paced a bet without me completing the bet details and I lost money from a bet I didn't even place.

I went on their chat service but it went in circles until I eventually got it to bring up a real person. I was abruptly told, without any checks, that the website service was not faulty, when it clearly was. The chat service then went faulty and they couldn't see any of the posts I made. When I got on another chat the different agent didn't seem to want to know and the chat service went faulty once again.

Customer service: Zero. Chat service: Zero. 888 website on a PC? Forget it!

Terrible ! Waiting for a 15 pound withdrawal for almost 5 days,bare in mind I am a customer with them for 4 years or so,they used to be one of my favourites ,nowadays even their daily wheel is rigged,promotions expensive and pointless,dissapointed.

This is a scam outfit!! I’ve had a account for 3years no problems except for a iffy website in terms of ease of use ,suddenly when I went to withdraw £50 I kept getting oops something wrong thereafter I got the run around please don’t touch this mob because eventually you will have a problem getting your money I’ve given up.

Been trying to get my account reactivated having had WH safer gambling team agree to split a deposit limit between the two sites. Been waiting for a month and a half but more chance of Father Christmas coming down my chimney on the 25th.

The Verry 1st and probs the main defect with this 🎮 site is the time frame for withdrawal ( doesn't matter whats the method used, does not matter if its over 1k deposits or less

Most of gambling sites have the -instant or (max 1-2) days to be processed and pay out without this 4-6 days to process and another 2-3 days to arrive 😂 NO is a No.NO for me.

Why dont we have the same time frame for deposits to arrive 🤔🤔

Awful site - avoid at ALL costs. Poor gaming experience, clunky movement. Payouts ridiculously low - has been fined by before regulators - still appalling. Much better sites to choose from.

The Verification Nightmare

I’ve been through account verification before with other casinos, and usually it’s straightforward. With 888 Casino, it was an absolute circus.
• I sent a utility bill dated 10th August 2025, showing my address clearly. They rejected it.
• I sent my UK driving licence, a perfectly valid government-issued ID. They said it wasn’t acceptable.
• Every time I provided something, they just asked for something else, giving no explanation why the previous documents weren’t good enough.

It became obvious they weren’t genuinely verifying me – they were stalling.

A 10-Minute Play Became an All-Night Fight

What should have been a few minutes of entertainment turned into an all-night ordeal. I was up until morning, sending photo after photo, document after document, only to be met with constant rejection.

Instead of being treated like a valued customer, I was treated like a criminal. My money was taken instantly, my account was locked immediately, and I was left with no access and no answers. Even now, I still don’t know when – or if – I’ll get my £800 back.

Customer support was robotic and dismissive. They gave me generic copy-paste responses, never explaining why my documents weren’t good enough. A UK driving licence not accepted as ID? A valid utility bill rejected for no reason? It was absurd.

At no point did they offer real help. Their only goal seemed to be dragging things out, keeping me locked out of my own account while holding onto my money.

Why This is Dangerous

If this is how they treat a new customer making their very first deposit, imagine what happens when someone actually wins a large amount. Will they ever see those winnings, or will they be trapped in the same endless cycle of “verification” excuses?

Casinos are supposed to offer entertainment. 888 Casino instead caused nothing but stress, wasted hours, and left me feeling trapped.

At this stage, I don’t know if I will ever get my £800 back. Maybe they’ll release it, maybe they won’t. But one thing is absolutely certain:

They take money but don't like to pay. The games don't play right! Not the same as other sites like Coral etc and the live help is a complete waste of time. Withdrawal was split into 3 random amounts because of some policy, despite only ever used 1 payment method. The customer service just tell you that the query has been escalated, and nobody gets back to you. Not sure how they got their licence!

Can't withdraw my money. They shouldn't be allowed to operate

Opened 888 account with £100 early April 2024.Placed £50 losing bet week later. Few days later requested a withdrawal of remaining balance. They still hold my £50 and demand proof of my identification before complying with my request.They accepted my losing bet without any proof of identification 🤔.
I will not let this go untill these thieves have given me MY money😠

I'd give these 0 if I could. Placing a bet is fine, but if you want to withdraw your money it is impossible. Other companies its so straight forward. With 888Sport, they're incapable or unwilling to give you your money.
They have now asked me to send me all my details including Swift and IBAN number to some random email address which I refuse to do.
I now have a chunk of money in my betting account, that they are putting so many hurdles in place, to not pay me my accrued funds. AVOID if you want your winnings paying out. They are terrible.
UPDATE: I'm still waiting for my funds. Sent an email as requested, but 1 week later received NO REPLY, even though they promise to get back within 72 hours. They are now requesting even more information from me which my bank have told me not to! Honestly, don't open an account with these, but do, if you want to see your balance of winnings, but no way of accessing your money...absolutely terrible

The advertisement bet 10£ and get 30£ pounds in free bets when you bet the first time is not real.
You go through the process and after they tell you that you are not allowed any bonus.
No explanation given.

Do not use this site any issues you have won’t be addressed and customer service is rude. Many other sites to use instead of this one. Just don’t use this site

We all win and lose from playing a variety of sites both online and offline, i play both and regular... this site os renowned for loaded deals, you may b get the right seat or the wrong seat but either way you cant almost bet on you losing the straight of flush from the flop or river and always losing to set of 3's for example. I only invest small amounts here and in mind of my observations i still get hit with the worst hand hitting on the river (Tilt)

In my experience there are three sites i consider bad behaving with loaded algorithms and thats 888, gg and SKY.

888 should only be used for micro blinds and very loose play, there are very limited players here which speaks volumes about the poker community here ...
