My experience as an publisher is relatively good.
The design and usability of the 7Search PPC website are good.
But the loading speed of the banners is very very low.
Speed is essential. Can we expect a speed improvement?

they cant provide stat, there is no tracking, once deposited you cant withdraw unspent budget, it's a nightmare to get an invoice... and obviously you have 0 conversion

I helped a friend to run ads by them. Topped up US$500 and spent about $100 but got nothing. So we gave up and decided to withdraw the remaining $400, but you know what, no way to do that!

They don't let us to get our unspent money back!

Not only they don't actually deliver any results, but also you CAN NOT withdraw any unspent money from their pocket!

And they intended to do so - I talked with my bank and found that somehow it is paid through debit direct not credit card, and it was not treated as 'paying overseas'? This is really scamming as they are said to be a USA or an Indian company but I am in New zealand?

Just keep this in mind: once you top up, your money becomes their money, even if you don't spend any on their suspicious online ads service!

Years back, there was a company known as "7search" which I used with great returns. Then they gave in to a lot of click fraud and eventually went out of business, So sad. I was hoping this new 7searchPPC would give similar returns. No such luck. First yellow flag was they require a minimum of $15 a day budget. Second yellow flag They require a minimum of $100 to get into their program. Little steep for the "little guy". Finally the last yellow flag (that should be red flag) is there were no Keyword/phrases to bid on in the new 7SearchPPC. How do they know what keys to target if they don't give the opportunity to set.

I took a chance anyway and gave them $100 (used a virtual credit card for my own protection) Out of that $100 I should have at lease received a question, comment or something even if no sale fallowed. Not a single contact, sale or anything. This all adds up in my opinion as a SCAM.
