I have been refereeing for them for many years, top rate of pay for referees very well organised they provide all the equipment and give plenty of support.

My team has been playing in 5aside.org's Monday night Battersea league for over 10 years, and have loved it. Only reason we're stopping now is that we're increasingly old and crap. 5aside.org have given us some great stats to send us off and our regular ref has guaranteed he'll be there for the final match. Have played through this league for a few seasons now and they really aren't up to scratch. Put your money elsewhere. They have cancelled games frequently. Unhelpful with refunds. Pitch is pretty good but no first aid set up in place and the leagues are a bit of a shambles. Amazing teams v dreadful sides. Not a good balance

A great league which is well run. Pitch is a good size, Refs are good and thoroughly enjoyed playing. Highly recommended!!

Well organised leagues with all the team results online. Refs are decent and all the games I played were competitive but good spirit.

Unacceptable experience and rude operations. Their website is confusing and they will rip you off without understanding from the client's perspective how difficult it is to navigate their system.

We play on a Monday night in central London. The pitch is great where we play, the league is competitive and I have never seen a team not show up. I like the format of the league with the playoff element at the end. It gives something to strive towards.

There are few things that you need for a successful 5 a side league. The main thing you need for any game of football is a round football. The league consistently forces you to play with balls more closely resembling that of a rugby ball, as part of a growing trend that seeks to milk every last bit of money out of you, forgetting that they're supposed to offer a quality product.

The format of the league is also truly bizarre, with irrelevant play-offs where you don't play off for anything which are effectively friendly games you are forced to pay for.

The purpose of paying to enter a league is supposed to be the competition element, rather than a kick-about with mates. However the format means you are paying for a significant proportion of the games that are little more competitive than jumpers for goalposts when you're 12. The league has so much potential, Newton Prep is a great pitch, but everything else around it is a really inadequate, and expensive, product.

Really good setup, well organised, well run. Great referees, great pitches, good communication. Had a great time using these guys, and will be back!

First, it was really easy to find a league next to my place thanks to the map, and the filter by size (5 to 7 a side) and days of the week.
Organization after that is perfect, with the possibility to get a list of ringers in case we are a player short, games are played in a fair atmosphere, we get the results and rankings updated online the day after the match. The website also allows us to register each player, and they receive a weekly email to update their availability for next game.
I just wish the format could have included more than 5 teams in the league.

We have been playing in a 5 aside league with 5aside.org for a couple of years and it's a great way to play a hassle-free game of football on a regular basis.

Louise is great at organising the fixtures all year round and is understanding of our time requests to fit around our team's busy schedule.

I would highly recommend 5aside.org to anyone who enjoys football.

Fantastic league in Battersea at Newton Prep School. It has a huge pitch for 6-a-side games so you get plenty of time on the ball. Refs are great and the whole thing is very well organised. Would definitely recommend!

Great bunch of people! We played down at MiniStreet and had a blast. Pitch quality is decent as well as the opposition we played against. Everyone is there for the fun of it. The league is a cracking way to spend any evening; highly recommend it. The only reason we aren't going back to 5 a-side is because we've got too many players, we're moving to 7-a-side pitch. The guys who run it are fantastic, got any issues or problems they'll happily resolve it.

Well-run league with good support from the league managers in the office - very useful when you are short of a player and they always help out. This is not always the case with other leagues I've played in! Played 4 seasons now and been great fun, with decent and friendly referees - thanks. (Battersea venue)
