Overpriced piece of junk
They are too overpriced. The quality and durability of their materials suck! Oh they don’t honor their product warranties, and think you foolish enough to repurchase from them and replace it all over again. I would avoid this company at all cost and go elsewhere.

The great customer service from day one; meeting with the team to help me pick out my flooring; to the installation of the flooring, at that time I was in a position where my mother was on life support and I had to put all my trust into 50 Floors to help me make good decisions and they did a Beautiful Job! They did Not take advantage of me during my stressful time, I enjoyed my time during the installation it helped me during my time of being in a crisis with my mother. Failure to follow up
I used 50Floor for two rooms of carpeting. The sales person was prompt and friendly and scheduled a visit to my home quickly. I chose the carpet and it was installed timely. Shall we say the front end was no problem…but if you have a problem, watch out! I have been trying for 6 weeks to get them to repair a bad seam. When I first called to report the problem they responded, after that it was total silence. Emails, calls…nothing! The only number to call is a call center that I was told is in South Africa. They attempt to transfer you to a person, when they get no response they open a ticket for someone to call you back. Good luck with that! They were scheduled to come between 8 and 10 but didn’t show up. Called at 10:30 and again at 11:30 and still haven’t heard from anyone. Use a reputable local company…these guys get your money then disappear!!!
Two days since they “answered” my post and no human has reached out, making my point once again!
