Horrible customer service. They used to have great service but recently they’ve gone downhill. I bought their Zodiac hat which fit terribly and when I tried it on, the clasp on the back broke in half. They didn’t respond to my concerns and they deleted my negative review off their website. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. My purchase was slated as undeliverable and that’s not what I’m upset at. I’m upset at the lack of communication this company offers. Try to call the mainline- you will be sent to voicemail over and over and it is FULL. You get 1 reply in an email that was sent 2 days ago. No further communication can be done. I’ve ordered from you all in the past but I am DONE after this experience and I will make sure everyone knows that they’re paying $50 for a hat or any basic merchandise but can’t afford basic customer service. Simply ridiculous
Brand47, overpriced, poor quality…
Was excited to purchase a blue brand47 Phillies t, at a gift shop in N.W. Phila., shocked at the price $42. Wow!
Within a year the shirt had multiple holes mostly in back, some in front lower shirt. I own 40 t-shirts, not one has ever had this issue. Contacted Brand47, was told it’s not our problem.

Not consumer friendly
After completing a purchase, I was informed that my order was canceled on grounds of suspected fraud, post the transaction where my payment was processed.
Their communication stated, "Hi Lawrence, Your order #3540906 was canceled because we suspect it is fraudulent."
Upon inquiring, they attributed the cancellation to my use of a VPN, despite initially allowing the transaction and setting up an account for me. If VPN usage was a concern, it should have precluded the possibility of account creation from the outset.
I employ a VPN primarily to safeguard my online activities through enhanced encryption, especially given the widespread issue of data breaches. It's unreasonable to depend entirely on the security measures of internet companies. By verifying my information, such as my phone number, and authorizing my purchase through Visa, yet later limiting my access based on VPN use, you're essentially hampering your own sales opportunities.
Consequently, I am requesting the termination of my account, as I am not willing to lower my security measures just to transact with your company. Additionally, the practice of holding my funds for 3 to 5 days before deciding to cancel the order is not just an inconvenience but also questionable business conduct.
Tees too long!
Very nice t-shirts but with one flaw....they're too long! The length on all their tees need to be shortened by about 2 inches. C'mon guys, the '80s are over! :)
Order Keeps getting sent to wrong place
I have ordered with them twice and both times they keep sending it to the wrong place. I verified with USPS that they submitted the wrong address. Before my second order I emailed their customer support and made sure they had the correct shipping address and the verified they did. Nope still sent to the wrong place now this is the second time I don't have my order after it has been "delivered". The first time they were able to send me my order again with no problem but this time I am very upset as this was a birthday gift for someone. I am waiting on a response from them for this issue.

I have been a customer of '47 for 3 years, making several purchases. I can't say enough about how good their products are. They are unique, high quality and comfortable.
Try the "clean up" cap. It is relaxed with a shallow crown and curved visor. Always a comfortable fit.
Horrible Company
Placed order in early December, paid for expedited shipping, one item arrived but not in time for Christmas even though I paid for it to arrive in time.
The other item has never arrived still says processing. I have emailed inquiring about item and have not received any response. Worst company ever!

Order for 2 hats placed 11/22/23. Never received. Now 01/06/24. Several emails to customer service. No response. Only listed was to contact customer service is via email.
Update-
I finally got a response via email. Supposedly the first order was cancelled due to a “fraud alert”. This was not communicated to me and the order remained active for weeks. I was able to reorder the same product and it was delivered within the week. Still a pretty bad experience but based on better performance the second time around I’m upgrading my rating from 1/5 to 2/5.

Scam company
Scam company. Ordered on the 16th, DHL supposedly received the package and was suppose to hand it over to USPS and the postal carrier never received the package. They seem to be a ghost company because they don’t respond to emails and they don’t pick up the phone when you call. There voice mail boxes are consistently filled and you can not leave a message. When I looked at the item I was interested in, I didn’t even hit the purchase option and when I was looking at my screen, the order was pushed through without me touching anything on my screen. Really suspicious! Do not buy anything from these people. You will not receive your order!! Now I’m out 90 bucks and I didn’t actually hit the purchase button. 🤷
No cancellations but no where is that specified.
I accidentally made a $98 purchase through this site and immediately emailed the company asking to cancel & they told me they don’t do cancellations. I asked where on their site it mentions that (because it doesn’t) and was emailed back by an automated email saying their email box was full and my message didn’t deliver. I had to in turn call my bank and report it as fraudulent in order to get my money back. Unbelievable.

Worst customer serviced I have ever experience. I wrote two emails and still no response about an item that was never delivered. I have been calling their customer service number and they agent is ever available to assist.
