Absolutely first class service from Kev, My new bike had a few issues & he got them sorted straight away. Explained to me what he did, very informative & I gained a lot of tips....He knows his stuff!

My 7 year old had a blast on the 2 day mtb skills course. He cycled in rain and snow but still had the best time. Kev looked after the kids really well and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend 42 cycling to others. Will definitely be booking again in the future. Worth every penny. Thank you.

What an amazing Loch Ness 360 Tour I have had over 2 days with Kev of 42Cycling. I thought I was going on a long bike ride but it turned out to be an epic 2 day adventure. Learnt so may off-road bike skills and visited off the beaten track lookouts. There are definitely some big, long climbs and good fitness is required but it was so worth it.

Thanks Kevin for s great service for my favourite bike in the fleet. The thorough service has brought my old bike back to life and your advice and help is much appreciated, looking forward to having my Giant around for a few more years.

Kev ran ‘ Go Mountainbike’ for pupils at our school. They all had a great time and have picked up useful skills for life. Kev is totally professional, well organised and very patient! Highly recommended.

Great experience , great Guide , rather challenging areas & climbs , but well worth effort for the views. Would recommend to all , hopefully will attempt again in the warmer months . Superb Hotel in Inverness both ends of the trip.

Highly recommend , fantastic friendly service . I contacted Kevin to see about repairing my sons bike . It was fixed within the same day . He is part of the Cycle Repair Scheme which covers the first £50 worth of repairs which is brilliant.

Amazing customer service and will use again for definite! We are moving to strathpeffer so hopefully that isn't too far :)

Our 6 year old attended the two day Level 1 and 2 MTB skills course. It was great to see his skills develop and confidence grow but more importantly, he loved the experience and wants to do another one straight away! Kev and his helper couldn't have been more encouraging and helpful- I was very impressed with all aspects of the course.

My 9yr old son and 6yr old daughter have just completed parts one and two of the Go MTB course and I can't believe the transformation!
The course gave them confidence to do stuff that they would normally refuse point blank to try and all thanks to the dedication of Kev and his assistant Fìn.

Can't recommend 42 Cycling enough as they cover such a broad scope of everything MTB and life values that all ages can learn from!

I approached 42cycling with a last minute request for bike servicing. No faff, got the bike in the next day, serviced perfectly, updated throughout on the progress and when my busy lifestyle got in the way there was no pressure to collect when planned.

My two boys age 10 and 8, completed level 1 and 2 Go MTB courses with Kevin, Cammy and Finlay. The course was superb and my boys absolutely loved every day. The 42Cycling team were so friendly and encouraging - my guys cannot wait to get back to sign up for the next event. Highly professional and friendly warm bunch of guys - highly recommend 👍😊

Big shout out to Kev for an amazing MTB experience in the stunning Scottish Highlands! He really had thought of everything and was meticulously prepared for any eventuality on our rides. Mountain biking was invented for places like the Scottish Highlands and there could be no better guide than Kev / Cycling 42 to look after you. Best routes, scenery, fun and safety.

An awesome 5 day MTB cycling trip in the Highlands. Each day was well thought out and provided an excellent combination of challenge, exhilaration, excitement and above all enjoyment. Guiding was second to none, mechanical skills were required and were superb and tips on how to improve skills were most useful. This will rate as one of the best MTB trips that I have done, scenery definitely helps as it is out of this world. Credit needs to go to Kev who pulls it all together. I would highly recommend 42 Cycling and I would do it all again tomorrow if I could.

He was a much needed mechanic we found half way up the King of The Mountain whilst doing the Etape Loch Ness 2021. Sorted my chain and breaks and kept me and my boyfriend from descending into tears (I broke my chain at the very bottom of the hill climb and we'd already spent an hour trying to fix it.) Also kept an eye out for us and cheered us on the rest of the way, making the last 30 odd miles way more enjoyable.

My daughter had an excellent 3 days with Kev and his guys.
She has done a load of mountain biking skills days with various people and this was by far the best as far as enjoyment and progression.
If you get a chance to book don’t think twice.

Huge thanks to Kev for helping me out with my cleat issues during Etape Loch Ness and saving the day. Wonderful, cheery service, nothing was a problem, and I greatly appreciated all the encouragement 😀.
