Just bought BMW 7 series and the very happy with professional service by farooq
Bought a car and found this dealership with professional. Highly recommended.
got what i wanted at the end from a very professional dealership, a variety of great used cars with highly cooperative customer care attitude
Purchased bmw from 3x motors , wide range of BMW’s . Happy with everything. Recommended
Amazing experience great selection of cars.
Good customer service and great selection of cars.
I purchased a car from 3X Motors on 29 March 2025, shortly after passing my driving test — what followed was a months-long ordeal of mechanical failures, legal breaches, and a complete disregard for customer care.
Within hours of driving home, I noticed a loud rattling noise. Over the following weeks, I returned the car multiple times due to persistent exhaust issues and sluggish performance. Their own mechanic acknowledged the exhaust looked substandard, yet the repairs proved ineffective.
Eventually, the car broke down completely with a timing-chain fault — confirmed by AA recovery.
Communication from the dealership was poor throughout. I was left with no transport for weeks and nothing was being done! They claimed to have installed a new engine however avoided me when I asked for proof of this. The warranty repair was done by a dodgy looking garage in Leighton buzzard.
I was then told this "new" engine has also failed after almost 3 weeks of waiting.
Despite assurances that the V5C logbook would be submitted immediately, during this ongoing situation, I also later discovered it was never lodged with the DVLA. This meant the car was never legally registered in my name, a clear breach of the Road Vehicles (Registration and Licensing) Regulations.
Though I was promised repairs, I never received a single invoice, breakdown of work, or any confirmation of what had been done. I was even issued a courtesy car that turned out to be untaxed (this has happened to other people as well!), meaning I was unknowingly driving illegally. When I raised this, they attempted to suggest the fault was mine — a deeply concerning lapse in duty of care.
After months of unresolved issues, failed repairs, and escalating stress, I exercised my right under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to reject the car. I requested termination of the finance agreement and a full refund. Because 3X Motors refused to assist, I had to supply documentation directly to the finance company myself. Eventually, the agreement was cancelled. However, when I visited the dealership to collect my deposit — which I was entitled to in writing — they hesitated to release it, which is now leading me to consider legal action.
During this ordeal, I discovered other customers have faced similar situations with 3X Motors. This pattern of behaviour cannot be ignored.
To this day, the dealership has failed to provide basic documentation, respond professionally, or take accountability. They appear friendly until issues arise — then begin dodging phone calls and ignoring emails. Their conduct shows a troubling pattern of negligence, non-compliance, and disregard for legal obligations.
I strongly advise anyone considering a purchase from 3X Motors to think twice. My experience has been costly, stressful, and deeply upsetting.
After doing some investigating myself, I have come to find out that I am just one of many victims who have experienced this from 3x Motors. They have had multiple reports and court claims made against them, I am not surprised!
This isn't just one bad experience, this is a company that has repeatedly took advantage of customers and failed to follow consumer law!
Avoid this dealership. Had trouble from the day I got my car from them, car was in the garage 2 weeks out of the first month of ownership. Must have had a dodgy mot aswell as the fails were still there when I had the car checked. Even though the car was under warranty they was not to forward about getting repairs done. In fact they moaned constantly about it when should have been done in first place. 1 year on I have had to replace brakes, drop links, turbo, egr system, dpf regen, the boot mechanism, both control arms, steering rack, clutch aswell as oil pan. If you do go to these guys then never arange a viewing as car would be kept warm to hide any faults. Also warranty is only covered by a dodgy garage in wendover. These guys should not be allowed to work on any vehicle as they are completely clueless. After using them on the warranty I got home to realise that both front struts were lose, engine mounts were lose and also stuck just over 200 miles on the car whilst in their possession. 3x motors and pace automotive should definitely be avoided. Also main power cable for interior electrics was burned and melted and tied on with an elastic band which caused many problems for about 2 months when power kept going from car whilst driving. Only go to these guys if you have fat pockets, otherwise it is not worth the hassle.
Excellent place to buy used quality cars, had a wonderful experience

Disgusting service, dodgy cars. Bought a car 6 months ago, since then it was drivable for 10 weeks, broke down with absolutely same issue for the second time, after they "fixed it" by changing injectors. We were extremely lucky not to have an accident on dual carriageway, 100 miles away from home! Please, don't repeat my mistake, DO NOT BUY CARS FROM THIS COMPANY! they are nice to you when they sell, but when you need to contact them after, "manager" is never there, they don't call you back. They did absolutely nothing until finance company got involved.
I bought a Mazda 6 just over a month ago, they told me it was fully serviced, all in good condition, road worthy. The next day I took it to the garage and had to change all 4 tires, all 4 discs and pads and a front suspension arm, because it was a risk on the road. The tires had a bulge in them and they were bald, the discs were about to crumble in my hand and the suspension arm had no rubber on the bushes anymore. They sell you a very dodgy warranty, I called them to fix the car and they told me that unless it's broken, they won't fix it, and I paid for Ultimate cover, for 1 year. I advice whoever buys a car from that place, be extra careful and instead of a warranty, knock something of the price. The car looked like it didn't get serviced in few years, the pollen filter I think was still the original one since the car was manufactured. I should have taken pictures of all the parts I had to change. Absolute disgrace.
appointment, travelled 130 miles and they had not even cleaned and had to wait an hours as it was out fuel and would start. I took their word the vehicle was fine and as I was getting a 12 months warranty didn't worry, two weeks later came to stand still with a drive train error. Told them I had been mislead telling me to keep tank half full, later finding out it had fuel pump and pressure warnings from the RAC report. Tried to claim in warranty, took ages, told them to sort it, otherwise i would tell warranty company it had been sold with the fault. Without telling me they cancelled the warranty and my claim cancelled. Threatened legal action unless it was sorted, car went back for three week, advising me problem fixed. Two weeks later same fault car came to a standstill, asked for evidence of work carried out, but after many requests never received. Told me to get a quote, later telling me to go through the warranty again, which they had reinstated, five months since buying the vehicle, I had only five weeks use. Now resorting to legal action
Should have known better than to drive motor away, but seemed genuine, car broke down within a week dispite emails and textz no respone see you in court
Bought an BMW series 5 one month ago, and from second day on display show me an fault. Like Transmission fault, and parking brake fault. After another day screen start going blank and come back to normal as well sometimes all data is reseted (erased) by itself.
Now after one month screen gone white....
i have as well warranty 1 year, but is useless because only to fix this problem cost me £1700, and warranty will cover only £250 for multimedia :D
They are selling faulty cars, completely no recommend to buy from them, will work for 1-2 day and after will come up all problems.
