Recently, I had a lovely experience with Sarah Jones at 3Search. Sarah helped me secure a FTC-Permanent role. I must say, the state of recruitment in the UK is absolutely abysmal. Sarah changed my perception of the market and she helped me understand the importance of (not only positioning) communication and 'doing what you will say you will do.'
I would like to call out several recruitment agencies by name, but I feel this won't do anyone any good. In this day and age, being honest, up-front, are - unfortunately - rare qualities. If you are looking for a leadership role in professional services, BD, partnership management. Contact Sarah and her team. Don't bother with the ones who ghost you - leave it with the professionals.
