Hard to give this company a one star rating because they seriously didn't earn it! Called them about a product and the only thing they were good at is transferring me to other departments! Clueless staff that have no knowledge of their own product! Wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

I bought 3M earcups, and they really make the world around me quiet. The build quality is good as well.

Trash products. I bought the ear protection the orange ones and they just don't go inside the ear as they should, leaving a gap that allows for a lot of noise to come through. I tried buying a second package and it still did the same. No quality control whatsoever. Years ago it was better, now it's trash products.

Wouldn’t even give a one but no 0. The product didn’t even work then told me can do on brick even though doesn’t say on packaging. They just deferred blame back to me. Would never recommend or buy any of there products again

terrible company, but couple different products made by them. They both failed and didn’t work and when I wrote to the corporation, they didn’t want to do anything about it. Don’t know what happened to 3M over the years, but they really went downhill. I would not recommend them.

I bought 20 3 inch by 21 inch belt sander sandpaper. Every one of them separated at the glue seem within minutes of being on the sander. I called 3M customer service and talk to a product specialist. And they would not stand behind their product at all and tried blaming it on the store for selling outdated product. Don't buy 3M products! Crappy products and terrible customer service!

Het lijkt zo onschuldig - zo'n Post It blokje. Maar helaas is het tegendeel het geval: de gele plakbriefjes hebben een negatieve bijdrage op de waterkwaliteit, de lijm bevat bovendien PFAS (!), het papier allerlei chemische stoffen, en het gebruik van Post It draagt weinig bij terugbrengen van de afvalberg.
Ik heb helaas zelf ondervonden hoe giftig chemisch zo'n geel plakbriefje is: ik was vergeten om een Post It uit mijn jeans te halen voordat ik um in de wasmachine deed. De chemische kleurstof heeft mijn achterzak geel gekleurd, wat ik er op geen enkele manier uit krijg. Die (dure) jeans kan ik dus wel weggooien!

Asked for advice on their products, a simple question: Which face-mask is suitable for chemical xy - they answered "how much do you want" - after that "whats your address". My simple question wasn't answered at all. Neither do they even write their name, so you do not even know which person responded. Such a bad service!

Recent manufacturing complaint... WTF!!!
The 3M 2inch Blue Original must be made in mexico or china, if curls up against my hand every time I tear a piece off for masking... It did not use to be this way...I noticed that the tape is much thinner now, which explains why it curls up at every tear... You guys SUCK big time...

Sold and exported 10 MILLION+ units of N95 Masks to China in early 2019 before anybody knew anything about COVID, and said NOTHING. A digusting company that has polluted our water ways in australia killing our small communities and poisoning our earth. These Poeple should be forced to drink their forever chemicals they have poisoned our earth with in the name of fat profits for their execs. Bought these as we rent and didnt want to leave any holes in the walls. About a year later I needed to remove one and went to pull the tab to remove it. It came off with paint and part of the wall!!!! After reading all the other reviews on here I am sure all the others I have used will do the same thing!!! IfI wanted a permanent attachment then I would have bought stuff MUCH cheaper and made my own!!! WILL NEVER BUY THESE AGAIN!!! Cannot believe they cost so much and yet fail to do the ONLY job they are MEANT to do!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

3M "provides" a service where they consult you on which of their product is more suitable for your needs. In reality, I filled the form with detailed description and pictures, chased up on Facebook multiple times and still haven't received an answer. It's been 2 months. Why even offer a service you won't provide?!

Had defective 6 large sticker lint rollers ; they are extremely great for use as I have a long haired cat. I contacted 3M directly. Customer service was very professional and the response was immediate. I received a box of new rolls and I am truly appreciative.

I have used 3m window insulation for years last year and this year the tape is terrible. So disappointed. I rely on this product to save money and stay warm. Tape is crap.
I literally but 8 boxes every year and spread the word. But no longer will I do this

Hi , I made and order for ear rings which I’m waiting for delivery it’s all paid fore . I have noticed from the same company have taken 39.47 . Disgrace , please don’t fall for this scam , I’m in touch with my bank and police are investigating fraud. Shame on you people you are a disgrace and I will shut you people down .

Io e la mia compagna abbiamo comprato dalla ditta 3M, infissi e zanzariere molto soddisfatti sia io che la mia compagna, è arrivata una squadra con tre ragazzi che con un giorno e mezzo circa hanno smontato i vecchi infissi e montato i nuovi infissi e le zanzariere ,e i vecchi li ha ritirati per smaltirle, posso dire un ottimo lavoro mi sono complimentato sia con gli operai che con il titolare della ditta 3M. Lavoro finito con successo e anche belle forme e molti colori li consiglio a tutti , Qualità e serietà che ha 3M grazie mille
