The experience was so nice and had lots of fun time with our residents at larpool care home.
I will love to work with that home again as we have real nice and understanding people.
In general, Prima Patel has good and nice intentions for me and other carers.

3D recruited me in early September of 2021. I was working with the wonderful Francesca, SEN advisor. She is absolutely phenomenal in finding me a job straight away and ensuring that I felt comfortable in the school that she found for me. Within a week of communication, Francesca found me a job in a brilliant school. I have been working at the same school, via 3D, for nearly 2 years now. Francesca is always at the other end of the line. If, for any reason, I couldn’t work certain days, Francesca would sort it out for me, allowing me to take the day, without any further stress. Throughout my years working with 3D, Francesca always made sure I felt supported no matter what. I never had any anxieties in my job knowing that I had the 3D team supporting me. I would highly recommend Francesca and the whole team.

Fran has really helped me and been an amazing contact when starting at 3D Recruits. I absolutely love my first assignment and can’t wait to continue!

I have been speaking to Oskar from this organisation. Oskar has been a great person to speak to as a professional advisor and as person. He was and always is, genuine in respect of work - home life balance, case loads, how much I can travel. I have always said to him I need a Social Worker role which helps me develop and not feel burnt out. Oskar has been proactive in finding suitable roles and manageable case loads. Absolutely superb service. Ronnie was very proactive in getting me set up and contacting schools that we agreed might be a good fit for me. As we looked for a full time appointment, I was kept in consistent employment, covering at local schools. Communication has always been timely and excellent.
